Our Recreational Camps are designed to inspire a love for the game in young players while developing essential soccer skills in a fun, supportive environment. Each session focuses on creativity, teamwork, and technical fundamentals — from dribbling and passing to movement and confidence on the ball.
Players train through engaging small-sided games and activities led by professional coaches who make every session exciting and age-appropriate. Meet Our Recreational Director
The Recreational Camp Director plays a central role in ensuring that every young player—especially beginners and developing athletes—has a fun, safe, and memorable experience at Pro 11. This position leads the day-to-day operations of our recreational camps, oversees all on-field activities, and sets the tone for a positive, energetic environment where players feel supported from the moment they arrive.
The Recreational Camp Director is responsible for planning and delivering age-appropriate sessions, managing a team of assistant coaches, and ensuring our training aligns with the Pro 11 philosophy: build confidence, teach fundamentals, and keep soccer fun. They monitor player engagement throughout the day, adjust activities as needed, and make sure every child is included and encouraged—regardless of their skill level.
Off the field, the Camp Director communicates with parents, handles check-in and safety procedures, and ensures that each camp runs smoothly and professionally. From organizing daily schedules to celebrating player achievements, the Recreational Camp Director is the leader who brings the camp experience to life and helps create a positive first connection to soccer for every player.
